You submit
Enter your employee's name, email, and address. We locate the nearest available notarization site with a confirmed, active state-licensed notary and handle all coordination from there.
They show up
Your employee receives instructions with their assigned location, confirmed notary hours, and a prepaid return shipping label. They visit in person, present their government-issued photo ID, sign the document in front of the notary, and ship it back. The visit takes about 15 minutes.

You receive verified proof
When the notarized document ships, we confirm the shipping origin against the assigned notarization location, geo-verifying that the document came from where it was supposed to. You receive a verification status update and the scanned original.
